Cooperation Process

Introduction: We are committed to providing a clear, efficient, and smooth cooperation experience. Below is the standard process for collaborating with CHENGHUA FENGTAILONG, designed to ensure your needs are accurately understood and projects are completed on time with high quality.

Cooperation Steps

  1. 1. Initial Consultation & Needs Analysis

    Contact us via the website form or email (sales@fengtailong.com) with your initial ideas, requirements (product type, usage, quantity, budget, expected delivery date, etc.), or provide drawings/samples.

    Our professional sales representatives or project managers will communicate with you in-depth to fully understand your specific requirements and goals.

  2. 2. Solution Design & Quotation

    Based on your needs, our design and engineering teams will provide customized product design proposals (possibly including sketches, renderings, 3D models) and/or recommend suitable existing products.

    We will provide a detailed, transparent quotation based on the confirmed design, materials, processes, quantity, and trade terms, usually including unit price, mold cost (if applicable), packaging method, delivery time, and payment terms.

  3. 3. Sample Production & Confirmation

    Before mass production, we will produce a sample (Prototype/Sample) according to the confirmed proposal for your approval.

    The sample will be made strictly according to mass production standards, allowing you to evaluate the product's appearance, structure, function, and quality.

    We will send the sample to you (you typically cover the courier cost) and collect your feedback. If necessary, we will make modifications based on the feedback and send another sample until you are completely satisfied.

  4. 4. Order Confirmation & Contract Signing

    Once the sample is approved, both parties will sign a formal Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice, clearly defining all commercial terms, including final product specifications, quantity, price, delivery date, payment method, inspection standards, shipping arrangements, etc.

    Typically at this stage, you will need to pay the agreed-upon deposit percentage to initiate production.

  5. 5. Mass Production & Progress Tracking

    Upon receiving the deposit, we will immediately arrange raw material procurement and production scheduling.

    During production, our project and QC teams will closely monitor the production progress and the execution of quality control points.

    We will provide regular updates on the production status (photos or videos can be provided).

  6. 6. Quality Inspection

    After production is complete, we will conduct a strict final inspection (FQC/OQC) according to the agreed standards.

    We welcome you or your designated third-party inspection agency to inspect the goods before shipment (prior appointment required). We will provide necessary cooperation.

  7. 7. Balance Payment & Logistics Arrangement

    After the inspection is passed, we will notify you to pay the remaining balance as stipulated in the contract.

    Upon receiving the balance payment, we will arrange safe and reliable international logistics according to the agreed trade terms and provide relevant shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading B/L, Invoice, Packing List).

  8. 8. Goods Delivery & After-sales Service

    We will track the shipment status until you safely receive the goods.

    We offer comprehensive after-sales service. If you find any issues after receiving the goods, please contact us promptly. We will respond actively and provide solutions (such as replacement, repair, or return/refund, based on contract terms and the actual situation).
